Zhostovo-style Fruits

A vibrant and colourful fruits project painted
in the famous Russian Zhostovo tradition. Based on Heather Redick’s
technique but made simpler so anyone can paint it! Green and yellow
grapes, half-ripened apples, peaches and plums interspersed with
leaves and violets plus the simple but rich gold
border on a black background give this project a very dramatic
look.
Length of project: Minimum of 3 classes of 3 hours each. This project may require homework
